A lotus flower grows out of the mud and muck slowly towards the waters surface. It is moving upward towards the Light. It reaches the surface and blossoms into a beautiful flower.

The lotus is a symbol for awakening, of the victory of the spirit over the senses. A lotus signifies the progress of the soul from the mud of materialism, through the waters of experience, and into the bright sunshine of enlightenment. It is seen as a metaphor for the path toward enlightenment, representing the highest aspiration– seeking enlightenment for the sake of others.

All the work that we do here in the spiritual spa, on the land or in the home is about releasing the blocks of the mind and body to open into our hearts.

A sanctuary is a safe place. Anahata Sanctuary is a place to come to relax or retreat from the stresses of your “regular” life.

Every rock and plant that we have planted and placed was asked where it belonged so that it would be in the best location to have the highest energy. Nature is our most profound teacher. We are “Co-Creating with Nature”. Our space is beautiful and meant to be shared.

A Leyline Runs Through It

We had the house dowsed a few years ago because it felt like there was a portal here. We also found that there is a leyline that runs at an angle through the property.

The area where the house is located is wonderful. The energy here is amazing and only healing has been done here.
